Return & Refund Policy

  1. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
  • Returns and Refunds: Orders placed using the COD payment method are not eligible for returns or refunds. All COD sales are considered final.

2. Prepaid Orders:

  • Returns: Customers who have made a prepaid purchase may return the product within 7 days of delivery, provided that the product is in its original condition and packaging.
  • Refunds: Upon approval of the return, a refund will be processed. The refund amount will be the original purchase price minus the delivery charge.

3. General Conditions:

  • To initiate a return, customers must contact our customer service team within the specified return period.
  • The product must be unused and in the same condition as received, with all original tags and packaging.
  • Any return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or the wrong item was shipped.

4. Defective or Damaged Products:

  • If the product received is defective, damaged, or broken, customers must record a video while opening the package as proof.
  • In cases where the product is found to be defective or damaged due to an error from Elliston Jewelry, the customer will be eligible for a return and a full refund, including delivery charges.
